The Kingwood Knights topped the Charleston Panthers by the score of 8-6, with the biggest share of the credit going to right fielder Steve Kessler. Kessler was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 3 runs for the Knights on the day. Charleston is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 7 in a row.
