Hashimoto, Mustangs Get 4-0 Win
The Barrow Frosties and San Angelo Mustangs were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at The Blizzard Bowl.

Ichiro Hashimoto was superb against Barrow. The right-hander had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a 4-0 Mustangs victory. Tony Mejía recorded the save for San Angelo, his 1st of the season.

Barrow had little success against Hashimoto and his fastball. Hashimoto tossed 86 pitches over 6 innings for the Mustangs.

"That's the key at this level, throwing strike one," said Hashimoto. "Successful pitchers do it."

The Mustangs bumped their record to 54-36 with this latest triumph.
