The Chippewa River Chiefs and San Angelo Mustangs brought some excitement to The Reservation.

The San Angelo Mustangs trumped the Chippewa River Chiefs, 7-5, at The Reservation. San Angelo designated hitter Kent Landry was named player of the game for his performance. He was 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. San Angelo reliever Todd Mullins was the winner. His record is now 2-2. The losing pitcher was Vítor Carrlo.
