Vikings Take Close Win Over Mustangs
Victoria catcher Phil Parker was instrumental in his team's 6-4 win over the San Angelo Mustangs. Parker, who leads the BOL in doubles with 20, went 3-5 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Vikings. Victoria is now 36-44.

Reynaldo Núñez made it 5-4 in favor of Victoria when he delivered a run-scoring single. It came with one out in the top of the eighth. The Vikings went on to win.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Parker said.
