Bloodhounds third baseman Héctor Cordero put his stamp on his team's 14-5 win over the Chippewa River Chiefs. Cordero went 2-3 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Boise in the contest. The win puts the Bloodhounds at 33-45, while the River Chiefs drop to 44-34.

Cordero had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the first inning, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Bloodhounds went on to win.
