The Boise Bloodhounds topped the Victoria Vikings, 5-4, in Buck O'Neil League action at The drakkar. The player of the game was Boise pitcher Brian Siegfried. The Bloodhounds now have a record of 32-42 with the win over Victoria.

This game was not decided until Fei-hsien Sha came to bat in the top of the ninth. With the bases loaded and two out, the Boise shortstop drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Bloodhounds took the lead, 5-4.

"We'll enjoy this win for now, but it's just one," Sha told local reporters. "We've got to keep it going."
