Late Magic Gets Boise 7-5 Win
|
Boise third baseman Jim Luckwell had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Nichols Gnats, 7-5. The 5th-place Bloodhounds improved to 31-41.
Boise took a 7-5 lead on Luckwell's 1st home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Warren Connor in the top of the eighth, propelled Boise to the win.
"Nice to put this one in the win column," said Luckwell.
