Ooyendijk Tags Berserkers for 5 Hits
It was high-fives all around for Ramon Ooyendijk at The Frozen Tundra today.

He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Minnesota Berserkers. Ooyendijk smashed 5 hits in 6 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 17-11 win.

"Ramon was hitting everything," said Hitmen manager Steve Hansen. "It really was a special game for him."

In the opposing dugout, Berserkers manager Jerry Miller told BNN beat writers that Ooyendijk "ambushed" the club.

"Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," he said. "Hopefully, Ooyendijk oversleeps next time."

Ramon Ooyendijk singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 9th.

Currently Ooyendijk has 1 home run and a .337 batting average.
