Behind a solid performance from right fielder Gareth Tucker, the Boise Bloodhounds defeated the New Orleans Jedi Knights, 6-5. Tucker was 2 for 2 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Bloodhounds. Mitsuzuka Nakano earned the save for Boise, his 13th of the year. Boise now has a 3-game win streak.

Tucker contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the first. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Boise get the win.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Tucker, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
