The Nichols Gnats extended their losing streak with a loss to the St. Paul Saints.

St. Paul Saints starter Izo Rin turned in an exceptional performance against the Nichols Gnats at The Pond, resulting in a St. Paul win, 5-1. Nichols's current losing streak has reached 11 games.

The Saints picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Nichols manager Stanley Martin.
