Bloodhounds Win in Glorious Fashion
Boise beat Barrow at Grand Canyon Valley Park, eking out a 6-5 win. The win was due in large part to pitcher Ross Batstone, who earned player of the game honors. The winner was Mitsuzuka Nakano in relief. His record improves to 4-2. Ken Morita took the loss. The Bloodhounds improved to 21-26.

Raúl Fernández was the walk-off hero for Boise. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, the Boise pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It's a thrill to get that kind of win," Fernández said.
