The exploits of catcher Tomás Garza, who was drafted in the three round of the 2026 draft, helped the New Orleans Jedi Knights defeat the Eugene Emeralds, 5-2. Garza went 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Ross Astbury earned the save, his 9th, for the Jedi Knights. New Orleans has an impressive 26-13 record.
