Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Mustangs
San Angelo starter J.J. Crawford kept the St. Paul hitters in check, helping his team cruise to a 9-1 win. The 'W' lifts San Angelo's record to 22-13.

Both teams had trouble scoring runs. So, Ichiyo Murakami's at-bat in the top of the eighth was crucial. With one out, the San Angelo catcher hit a sacrifice fly, to give his team a 2-1 lead.

"We'll keep our chins up and get ready for the next game," said losing manager Jonathan Barnes.
