Sato Powers Mustangs to 6-4 Win
Benefiting from Nakamaro Sato's productive game, the Mile High Mustangs downed the Georgia Grays, 6-4. Sato belted 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2 for the Mustangs. Max Grant got the win, improving to 4-4. He pitched 8 innings, giving up 8 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 7 and walking 0. Earning his 8th save of the year was Aaron Taylor.

Basker Sahni brought the hometown crowd to its feet with one out in the bottom of the second. That's when the 27-year old catcher belted a 2-run home run. With the round-tripper, the Mustangs took the lead, 2-0.

"Anytime we get it going, it puts a smile on my face," said Sahni.

The Mustangs sit in last place in the Thurman Munson League Sparky Anderson Division with a record of 19-32.
