The Victoria Vikings and Barrow Frosties were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at The Blizzard Bowl.

The Barrow Frosties beat the Victoria Vikings, 7-4, at The Blizzard Bowl. Barrow shortstop Lúcio Sánchez earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. With the win, Barrow goes to 16-14.

One important at-bat came with the bases loaded in the bottom of the third inning. Facing Victoria hurler Maurice Bignold, Takiji Ageda grounded out, driving in 1 run. The Frosties went on to win.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Ageda told reporters after the game.
