Krajancic Leads Charge, San Angelo Blasts Blue Claws
|
The San Angelo Mustangs met little resistance from the Baltimore Blue Claws, beating them 14-3 at Old Bay Park. Victor Krajancic led the way. He was 4-5 with a triple, a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for San Angelo. The Mustangs, now 20-8, have hit the ground running this season.
Also making an impact was shortstop Tony MacCorkle, who drilled a 2-run single in the top of the second inning for the Mustangs. For the game, MacCorkle went 4-5 with 4 singles and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3.
"It's great to be on a roll," said MacCorkle.
