Zeiler Helps Baltimore Cruise to 10-3 Win
|
The Baltimore Blue Claws stopped the Charleston Panthers, 10-3, at Franklin Mountains Field. The Blue Claws got a big game from Tobias Zeiler, who went 2 for 3 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3. The loss drops Charleston to 8-19.
Kojuro Yamaguchi was a key contributor to the win for the Blue Claws. In the top of the first with one out, the light-hitting center fielder stroked a double to right. He was 2-5 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Yamaguchi told the Baltimore News.
