Blue Spaders Lose Again, 4-2
|
Getting an impressive start from Tim Lush, Houston beat Kansas City by the score of 4-2. Juan Carlos Baraja closed the game out for Houston, earning his 18th save. Kansas City is in the throes of a 10-game skid.
The fans who came in support of the Sting were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at Woodland Park.
"Everyone's kind of edgy right now," said losing manager Jack O'Callahan, "but nothing a couple of wins wouldn't cure."
