Knights Keep Streak Alive With 1-0 Win
|
Hipster Grounds was the site of a exceptional pitchers' duel.
In a low-scoring game between Sioux City and Austin, pitcher Barry Sherman was excellent. The Sioux City right-hander was named the player of the game in Sioux City's 1-0 win. Sherman, the winner, moves to 14-6. He threw 5.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 3 walks. Walker Baldwin got the save, his 29th in 33 chances.
