Eagles Shut Out Blue Spaders
|
Right-hander Pete Herrington mesmerized the Kansas City Blue Spaders while leading the Whitewater Eagles to a 6-0 victory. Whitewater now owns a record of 73-64.
The two teams provided some entertaining baseball for the The Aerie crowd. Regardless of the outcome, a good time was had by all.
"I felt we were ready to go," said Whitewater manager Michel Hérault. "Our pregame was pretty good."
