Antony Porter had a good game, but he could not keep the Houston Sting from falling, 5-4, to the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws at Penlee Park. The Houston shortstop went 3 for 3 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs in the loss. The win was credited to Sean Irish in relief. His record improves to 3-0. Miguel Bernal took the loss. With the win, West Virginia has a record of 75-58. Houston falls to 71-62.

Xiao-gang Cheung had a clutch at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for the Dancin' Outlaws. Coming up with runners on 2nd and 3rd and West Virginia trailing 4-3, he hit a 2-run single.
