Mafia Get One-Run Win at Columbus
Oda Kudo never let Columbus get something going. The New York right-hander commanded his change up in pitching the Mafia to a 2-1 win. New York is now 24-26. Columbus is 28-18.

One important at-bat came with the bases loaded in the top of the second inning. Facing Columbus hurler Tadasuke Kato, Chris Glover hit a sacrifice fly. The Mafia went on to win.

"A great team win and something real positive we can build on," said Kudo after the game.
