Mustangs Suffer 7-3 Loss to Tornadoes
|
The 2028 season is getting ugly for Mile High.
Kansas City starter Mehmood Dar pitched effectively against the Mile High Mustangs at McNichols Stadium. The left-hander led his team to a 7-3 win. Dar, the winner, moves to 3-2. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 9 and giving up 3 walks.
Paul Robinson, the Kansas City catcher, contributed a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to make the score 3-2, Tornadoes. For the game, Robinson was 1-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
Robinson told a Kansas City Observer reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
Kansas City is now 24-23.
