Bush Wackers Hang 7-3 Loss on Princes

The Brisbane Bush Wackers beat the Bel Air Princes, 7-3, at Philip Banks Field. Brisbane designated hitter Gerald Wilson earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 2-3 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. With the win, Brisbane has a record of 61-42. Bel Air falls to 78-26.
Wilson contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Brisbane in the top of the fourth. With his team trailing 2-1, Wilson took a forkball from Takayuki Hoshino and stroked the home run to right. His 11th home run of the season allowed the Bush Wackers to leap in front, 4-2.
