Blue Spaders Suffer 11-6 Loss to Shade
|
The Stroudsburg Shade dealt the Kansas City Blue Spaders a 11-6 loss at The Whig Stadium. Ryan Lewis was the star on offense. He was 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles. Kyung-hwan Ho, who went 5 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 5 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 5. His record now stands at 5-8. Stroudsburg is now 40-64, while Kansas City is 34-69.
Dae-ki Yi was a key contributor to the win for the Shade. In the top of the seventh with one out, the light-hitting catcher stroked a double to center. He was 2-5 with a double, while adding 4 RBI.
