The Bel Air Princes did just enough to secure a 7-6 victory over the Stroudsburg Shade at Philip Banks Field. Nobody did more than pitcher Bryce Miles, who captured player of the game honors. Norihisa Sakai was credited with the save for Bel Air, his 6th of the season. The Princes improved to a lofty 74-24.

Carlos Perales was a prime factor in the win for the Princes. In the bottom of the third with two out, the 22-year old third baseman hit a 2-run home run. He was 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Stroudsburg manager Raúl Pérez. "But we decided not to take it."
