The Stroudsburg Shade got a rain-soaked win over the Austin Hipsters at Hipster Grounds.
The Stroudsburg Shade downed the Austin Hipsters, 6-2, at Hipster Grounds. The Shade were led by Ryan Lewis, who captured player of the game honors. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs. Martín Pérez earned the save for Stroudsburg, his 15th of the year.
Wes McCoy was a key contributor to the win for the Shade. In the top of the fifth with two out, the light-hitting right fielder stroked a single to center. He went 1-3 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs.
