The Palm Beach Bums outscored the Stroudsburg Shade, 11-10. Anson Aubry led the way, going 3-for-3 for Palm Beach. Even with the win, the Bums have a dismal 16-56 record.

Chris Sterling was the walk-off hero for Palm Beach. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, the Palm Beach center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

Stroudsburg manager Raúl Pérez said he was disappointed with the loss. "Whenever you score that many runs, you expect to win the game."
