Dancin' Outlaws Reel Off Another Win
The West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws beat the Sioux City Knights, 8-3, at Knights Field. West Virginia center fielder Nori Matsubara earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. The first-place Dancin' Outlaws have won 6 straight.

In the bottom of the seventh, Tadao Nishikawa stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Knights were trailing 8-2, but had the bases loaded. That's when Virgil Janse made a terrific pitch and Nishikawa flied out. Gone was the dream of a Sioux City comeback.
