Bel Air beat Brisbane at Baylor Ballpark, escaping with a 7-6 win. The win in large part was due to catcher Jorge Jiménez, who earned player of the game honors. He went 3-5 with a home run and a triple, while adding 6 RBI and scoring once. Naganori Naito nailed down his 26th save. Bel Air goes to 49-16, Brisbane to 37-27.

Bel Air grabbed the momentum in the top of the sixth, when Jiménez, who is tied for 8th in the AHL in runs scored with 41, hit a grand slam home run. His 13th home run of the season put the Princes out in front, 7-3.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Bel Air manager Raúl Luna.
