Brisbane played host to Bel Air at the friendly confines of Baylor Ballpark.

Despite a fine performance by left fielder Ángel Díaz, the Bel Air Princes suffered a 5-3 loss to the Brisbane Bush Wackers. Díaz went 3 for 3 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The Bush Wackers now own a record of 37-26.

Emílio Días contributed to the Brisbane cause with a productive at-bat in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run, propelling Brisbane to the win.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Brisbane manager Pete Barrett.
