Leveque K's 12 En Route to 3-0 Bush Wackers Win
|
In a well-pitched game between the Brisbane Bush Wackers and the Whitewater Eagles, pitcher Royce Leveque was superb. The Brisbane left-hander was named the player of the game in Brisbane's 3-0 win. Dylan Wilson was credited with the save for Brisbane, his 7th of the season. Brisbane is now 32-23. Whitewater is 25-31.
Leveque, who was born in Canada, threw 89 pitches over 7.2 innings, while allowing no earned runs.
"Royce was throwing free and easy," said Brisbane manager Pete Barrett.
