A nice crowd turned out to see the Sioux City Knights and Palm Beach Bums clash at Envoys Ballpark.
The Sioux City Knights bested the Palm Beach Bums by a score of 7-3, with center fielder Su-wu Jiao getting the main credit. On the day, Jiao went 3-3 with 3 singles and 2 walks. He scored 2 times for the Knights. The Knights raised their record to 29-25.
Sioux City second baseman Jun Si helped the Knights go up, 2-0, in the top of the second inning. With the game tied, Si hit a 2-run triple off Palm Beach pitcher Mariano Arellano.
