Loss Extends Whitewater Losing Streak

The Bel Air Princes reigned over the Whitewater Eagles in damp conditions at The Aerie.
Riding the 1-hit performance of the 27-year old shortstop Michael Meadows, the Bel Air Princes stopped the Whitewater Eagles, 7-2. Reliever Russ Simms picked up the win. His record improves to 3-2. Jim Unknown took the loss.
A key at-bat came in the top of the first inning. With the bases loaded, the batter, Clement Bolduc, drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It made the score 1-0, Bel Air, and helped them go on to win.
"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Bel Air Princes manager Raúl Luna.
