The Eagles took Palm Beach pitcher Francisco Encarnación's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Envoys Ballpark. The final score was 7-3, Whitewater. Encarnación went 6.2 innings and allowed 2 earned runs, striking out 6. Palm Beach, at 3-27, has had a dismal start to the season.

Kohei Kobayashi made it 5-3 in favor of Whitewater when he delivered a 3-run home run. It came with two out in the top of the eighth. The red-hot Eagles went on to win.

"The wins are coming in bunches right now," said Kobayashi. "We'll enjoy it while it lasts."
