The Beach City Seals topped the Kansas City Blue Spaders, 5-1, with center fielder Walt Keough playing a big role. Keough was 2 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Seals in the win. Beach City reliever Hayden Nickem picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Seinosuke Sakamoto took the loss.
