Prowlers Drop Black Knights, 4-2
|
The Oklahoma City Prowlers and Brooklyn Black Knights played an exciting game at Memorial Circle Park.
Felipe Clavijo pitched well, but the Brooklyn Black Knights still lost the game, falling 4-2 to the Oklahoma City Prowlers at Memorial Circle Park. Oklahoma City reliever Robbie Hogan was the winner. His record is now 4-0. Felipe Clavijo took the loss. Tadaaki Tahara nailed down his 8th save.
With Oklahoma City trailing 2-0 and runners on 1st and 3rd, the Prowlers fortunes got a boost when shortstop Bai-luo See-to turned a 1-1 changeup from Felipe Clavijo into his 3rd home run of the season. The hit scored 3 and put Oklahoma City up, 3-2.
"We'll try to build on that win," See-to told the Oklahoma City Observer.
Oklahoma City's record now stands at 25-18, placing them second in the Thurman Munson League Sparky Anderson Division.
