The Palm Beach Bums extended their losing streak with a loss to the Austin Hipsters.

Austin right-hander Ling-lai Jung was sensational in shutting out the Palm Beach Bums, 1-0. Hervé Lacombe was credited with the save for Austin, his 2nd of the season.

Jung, the Austin right-hander, went 7 innings, allowing no earned runs on 4 hits. He collected 9 strikeouts.

"You come to the ballpark to do your job and that's what I did today," Jung told the Austin Herald.

Palm Beach, at 2-18, is off to a dreadful start in 2028.
