3-2 Win by Princes Continues Hot Start
|
Bel Air Princes starter Bryce Miles was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Sioux City Knights, 3-2. The Princes, now 14-4, have been on fire in the early going.
With Bel Air trailing 1-0 and a runner on 1st, the Princes fortunes got a boost when left fielder Ángel Díaz turned a first pitch curveball from Maziba Chiba into his 5th home run of the season. The hit scored 2 and put Bel Air up, 2-1.
"For the most part, I stayed out of the middle of the plate," Miles said.
