Late Rally by Ducks Secures Win
The Long Island Ducks faced a tough opponent in Cincinnati pitcher Dae-yun Cho, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Long Island Stadium by a final score of 6-2. Cho went 6 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. With the win over Cincinnati, the Ducks improved to 43-45.

Alan Ward drove in one run for Long Island. The 22-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch off Ricardo Estrada. It was his 24th RBI of the season.

"Today was a lot of fun," said Ward.
