Storm Troopers Lose to Lights in Walk Off
Phoenix second baseman Jason Corcoran was instrumental in his team's 6-5 win over the San Antonio Storm Troopers. Corcoran went 2-3 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Lights. Phoenix currently is in third place in the Ford Frick League Billy the Marlin Division at 48-34.

Kunio Suto was the walk-off hero for Phoenix. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, the Phoenix right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Suto said.
