Las Vegas's Ernalia Shuts Out Sasquatch
|
Bintang Ernalia was in a mood to talk following the Las Vegas Gamblers contest against the Seattle Sasquatch, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Sasquatch, 4-0.
"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Ernalia said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."
The right-hander blanked Seattle on a 2-hitter, allowing 3 walks and racking up 9 strikeouts.
This season Ernalia has compiled a 4-2 record with a 1.79 ERA in 7 starts.
