The Sandy Springs Spartans downed the Spokane Bulldogs, 15-6, at The Coliseum. The Spartans were led by Tin-jong Tsung, who captured player of the game honors. He was 3 for 5 with a triple, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Sandy Springs reliever Alexis Coates picked up the win, upping his record to 4-3. Hisato Okubo absorbed the loss. The Bulldogs, at 40-28, have lost 4 in a row.
