Predators Get One-Run Win at Wichita
Topeka beat Wichita, 4-3. The win in part was due to catcher Morihiro Yamasaki, who nabbed player of the game honors. He went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Michael Walsh earned the win for Topeka. He lasted 5 innings, allowing 3 earned runs on 5 hits, while striking out 7. With the win, he raised his record to 1-1. Dermott Shill recorded his 2nd save for Topeka.
