Victory Pushes Predators Record to 20-16

In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.
The Topeka Predators beat the Spokane Bulldogs, 8-3, at The Kennel. Topeka right fielder Yodo Nomura earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Topeka is 20-16 and Spokane, with the loss, 22-14.
Chipping in for Topeka was center fielder Qui-li Chin. He stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth. For the game, Chin went 3-4 with a triple, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"We did more than enough to get the win," said Nomura.
