DeKalb used a superb performance from starting pitcher Alan Gorringe to down the Boise Hawks, 8-0. DeKalb is now 16-18, Boise 13-21.

Gorringe earned the win, going 7.1 strong innings for DeKalb. The right-hander allowed just 3 hits, while striking out 9. Boise hitters had little success against him.
