Boise wasted a solid 6.2-inning effort from starting pitcher Ettore Lagorio, losing to San Antonio, 2-1, at The Clone Army. Reliever Armando Medina picked up the win. His record improves to 3-0. Duane Lummis took the loss. The Hawks, now 11-18, continue their poor start.

When he came to bat in the bottom of the tenth, Yaichiro Yokoyama had a chance to end it. Boise pitcher Duane Lummis had other ideas. But with one out, Yokoyama hit a walk-off run-scoring single. The Storm Troopers had the win.

"There's no quit in this team," said San Antonio Storm Troopers manager Ernie Goslin.
