Scott Crawford made an impact in the 7-2 Madison win over DeKalb. Crawford, who is tied for 4th in the FFL in home runs with 6, went 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The loss drops DeKalb to 11-13.

Michael Jenkins, who is tied for 4th in the FFL in RBI with 19, helped out the Madison cause in the top of the fifth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the first baseman was 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"We were the better team today. Maybe that won't be the case next game, but we'll enjoy it for now," Crawford told the Madison Gazette.
