The Madison Beehive got a stellar performance from pitcher Yoshitsune Yamauchi, who handcuffed the Rock River offense en route to a 5-2 win at The Hive. The winning pitcher was Yamauchi, now 3-0. He tossed 6.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 6. Tom Wilson recorded his 6th save for Madison.

Mike McCaw contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It was one at-bat that helped Madison get the win.

"Ah, the sweet taste of victory," McCaw crowed after the game.

With the win, Madison elevates its record to 10-10.
