The Long Island Ducks cruised to a 17-4 win over the Cincinnati Snaps at Long Island Stadium today. Jordan Smith led the way, going 4-for-4 for Long Island. The Snaps, now 4-8, continue their poor start.

Long Island third baseman Mark Bowden helped the Ducks to the win. In the bottom of the fourth inning, the 22-year old third baseman stroked a 3-run home run. For the game, Bowden was 2 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Smith said after the game.
